About me

I'm a consultant with more than fifteen years experience working with nonprofit organizations and government agencies. Most of that has been in workforce development. I've worked with environmental groups, human rights organizations, faith-based groups and community-based organizations as well. I've also worked as a nonpartisan policy analyst in state legislature.

Projects I've worked on range from analysis of employment opportunities in the logistics and international trade sector, to a guide to creating nonprofit temp agencies, to research on grassroots villager organizing in rural northeast Thailand. I have a master's in public administration from the University of Washington's Evans School of Public Affairs.

I'm also the creator and author of Workforce Developments blog.
